This Privacy Policy explains how preAppco, LLC ("preAppco," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit preappco.com, create an account, interact with our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, use our technology tools, or otherwise access our products and services (collectively, the "Services").

preAppco provides a technology platform that helps users organize documents, manage workflows, track progress, and coordinate communication with independent third-party professionals throughout the pre-approval process.

A. Information you provide
‍Identification & contact: name, email, phone, job title, company.Account & profile: username, password, role, preferences.
Transactional: billing address, payment method (processed by our payment provider), purchase history.
Support & communications: messages, tickets, survey responses, call/meeting notes, attachments.
Documents uploaded to the Platform
Files shared with authorized third-party professionals
Workflow preferences
Communication history within the Platform

B. Information we collect automatically
‍Device & usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, pages viewed, timestamps, referring/exit pages, error logs, feature use.

2) How we use personal information

If you engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, replace this line with: “We do not sell personal information, but we may ‘share’ it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain state laws. You can opt out of sharing via our ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ link or by emailing privacy@preappco.com.

‍Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Platform may integrate with independent third-party services that support document management, payment processing, identity verification, communications, analytics, credit monitoring, or other platform functionality.
Information shared with these providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and remains subject to each provider's applicable privacy policy and contractual obligations.
