Subscription Fees and Payments
preAppco charges monthly subscription fees as set forth on our website. By subscribing to our services, you authorize preAppco to charge and process payments using your selected payment method.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees and other payments made to preAppco are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, preAppco reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to your account until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further subscription fees will be charged after that date.
Termination by preAppco
‍preAppco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:
You violate these User Terms and Conditions;
Fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity is detected;
You misuse the Services or engage in unlawful activities.
Effect of Termination
As outlined in the User Terms and Conditions accepted during onboarding, and in accordance with our data security policies, all sensitive information and documentation associated with your account is transmitted and stored through encrypted systems utilizing proprietary API infrastructure. Upon cancellation or termination of an account, preAppco will no longer have access to personal or confidential information associated with the account, including prior correspondence and supporting documentation, except as required by law or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
