Welcome to preAppco. These User Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the preAppco website, platform, software, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a Support Plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
preAppco is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology platform that enables consumers to organize documents, manage workflows, track progress, and coordinate communication throughout the pre-approval process for a variety of financial products and services offered by independent institutions and professionals.

The Platform provides technology tools, secure document management, educational content, informational resources, progress tracking, workflow coordination, and collaboration features designed to help users stay organized throughout the pre-approval process.

Depending on each user's needs, the Platform may facilitate communication and collaboration with independent third-party professionals, including but not limited to mortgage loan officers, real estate professionals, banking professionals, financial advisors, tax professionals, attorneys, legal document consultants, insurance professionals, and other service providers selected by the user.

preAppco is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, credit bureau, financial institution, law firm, accounting firm, investment advisor, insurance provider, or credit repair organization.
‍
preAppco does not originate loans, make underwriting decisions, negotiate lending terms, provide regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, or guarantee financing, credit score improvements, interest rates, loan approvals, or qualification for any financial product or service.
‍
All lending decisions, underwriting determinations, loan terms, interest rates, and eligibility requirements are determined solely by the participating financial institution or licensed service provider.

Credit scores, credit reports, and financial information displayed through the Platform may differ from those used by lenders, creditors, insurers, landlords, or other third parties. Different scoring models, reporting agencies, and underwriting methodologies may produce different results.

All educational content, informational resources, and Platform features are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or financial advice.

PLATFORM SERVICES

preAppco provides access to a cloud-based technology platform that serves as a centralized workspace for organizing information, managing workflows, monitoring progress, and collaborating with authorized third-party professionals throughout the pre-approval process.

Platform features may include:

-Personalized dashboards and progress tracking
-Workflow management and milestone tracking
-Educational content and informational resources
-Communication and collaboration tools
-Coordination with authorized third-party professionals
-Platform integrations and connected services
-Notifications and account management tools

Platform functionality may vary depending on the user's selected Support Plan and may evolve over time.
preAppco does not provide regulated financial, lending, legal, tax, insurance, or credit repair services. Any professional services made available through the Platform are provided solely by independent third-party professionals operating under their own licenses, professional standards, and terms of service.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain Platform features may connect users with independent third-party professionals or integrate with third-party technology providers.

These may include:
-Mortgage lenders
-Banks
-Credit monitoring providers
-Financial advisors
-Tax professionals
-Attorneys
-Real estate professionals
-Insurance professionals

These providers operate independently from preAppco.
preAppco does not supervise, control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services, products, advice, recommendations, pricing, decisions, or outcomes provided by third parties.
Any relationship established with a third-party provider is subject to that provider's own terms of service, privacy policy, licensing requirements, and business practices.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Platform, you agree to:
-Provide accurate information
-Keep your login credentials secure
-Maintain accurate account information
-Promptly notify preAppco of unauthorized account activity
-Use the Platform lawfully
-Avoid fraudulent or misleading activity
-Use the Platform only for its intended purposes
-You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions and transactions made through or outside the Platform.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

preAppco provides technology, workflow tools, educational resources, and organizational support.
Because financial outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of preAppco's control, preAppco makes no guarantee regarding:
Credit score improvements
Mortgage approvals
Loan approvals
Financing eligibilityInterest rates
Debt reduction
Financial outcomes
Lending decisionsUnderwriting decisions
Qualification for any financial product
Past performance does not guarantee future results.

MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
Certain Platform features require enrollment in a preAppco Support Plan.
Support Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.Subscription billing, cancellations, payment processing, and refunds are governed by the preAppco Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Members may cancel their subscription in accordance with that policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, source code, trademarks, graphics, logos, educational materials, text, workflows, user interfaces, designs, documentation, and other Platform content are owned by preAppco, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from preAppco.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, preAppco, LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.Users acknowledge that all financial, lending, legal, tax, and investment decisions remain their sole responsibility and that preAppco shall not be liable for decisions made by users or independent third-party professionals.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

preAppco reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or update any portion of the Platform, Support Plans, pricing, features, integrations, policies, or services at any time.Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
